Returns & Warranty
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund provided you meet the requirements below. To arrange your return for refund, you must first contact us at email@example.com.
Our requirements are as follows:
- Our standard return policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, typically we can’t arrange a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item and its packaging must not show any signs of use and must be in the same condition that you received it in.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note we provide a US-based returns address.
- In order to process your return, we require you to provide us with your return shipment's tracking information.
- Please note that packages that are "Returned To Sender" or "Refused" are absolutely, 100% not eligible for refund and there are no exceptions to this policy. Do not "Return To Sender" or "Refuse" a package. If you do so, you will not be able to get a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you send a package back marked "Return To Sender" or "Refused" not only will you not be eligible for a refund (no exceptions) but we are also unable to ship your product back to you. Do not use this method under any circumstance.
- Items included in orders with a total value above $150 USD cannot be returned. If customers would like place a larger order, we recommend first ordering a single item to ensure they are satisfied with the product.
- All shipping costs and extended warranty costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
All of our products are covered by a 3 month manufacturer's warranty, meaning we will repair or replace your device at no charge in the unlikely event your device is defective. In all cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For warranty processing, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lost or Stolen Packages
EverKnead™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
